2. Do you provide a warranty
on your services?
Yes, we include a 3- year limited
warranty on most work. We offer an 10-year standard
labor warranty and an optional LIFETIME labor warranty
on our permanent exterior coating system, EXTREME
PERFORMANCE COATING™. Most of the products we
recommend come with a manufacturer warranty. EXTREME
PERFORMANCE COATING™ comes with a lifetime warranty.

Do you stay on the job until completion once you begin?
Yes, we will not
leave your project to do other ones until your job is complete and you are 100%
satisfied.
4. Do you have references?
Yes, we have numerous references all over the Puget Sound

Do you subcontract your work or hire your own painters?
We do not subcontract
out work. All of our painters our company employed. Often times the owner will
be working on your project.

have you been in business?
Ultimate Finishes Painting began in 1990. We
have never had a BBB complaint.

How do your exterior paint jobs last so long?
We have many exterior projects
that still look great after 15 years. Quality extensive preparation, advanced
product application techniques, and premium quality products are the primary keys
for our beautiful, long lasting results.

Who will work on my project?
Often times the owner David Gaither with two
skilled painters. Otherwise we use the lead painter system. The lead painter manages
a set crew of two painters. We only employ highly skilled professionals painters
that are courteous, respectful and detail orientated.
9.
What kind of paint do you use?
We only use premium quality products.
We mostly recommend Kelly-Moore, Benjamin Moore or Rodda.
